Autopilot adds an In Process lifecycle stage for requests sent to fulfillment. The fulfillment team works through manufacturer and supplier identification, available electronic libraries, direct requests and request resolution while administrators can review status and respond to questions. Uploaded records can remain self-managed when you do not want them sent through fulfillment.
